8) How long we keep your data (retention)
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Typical periods:
Enquiry/contact forms: 24 months after last interaction.
Client/project records: 7 years (accounting/legal).
Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
Recruitment (unsuccessful): 12 months (unless you consent to a talent pool).
Cookie/consent logs: up to 24 months.
Actual periods may vary by legal requirements and our retention schedule.
9) Security
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, MFA on admin systems, regular patching, vendor due diligence, and incident response procedures. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

11) Children
